黄茗玉，美国奥本大学(Auburn University)教育学院教育学博士。北京舞蹈学院人文学院青年教师，主要从事英语教育、国际生教育、幼儿英语能力培养发展、中文分级阅读方面的研究。

　　参与撰写并结题中共中央网信办举报中心、中共中央宣传部中国新闻出版研究院研究项目《互联网违法和不良信息分类及判定方法》（2019）、国家新闻出版广电总局新闻出版课题研究项目《少儿出版物分级标识研究》（2019）、国家新闻出版广电总局研究课题《新历程——党的十八大以来新闻出版改革发展成就报告》（2018）。
